Prices are expressed in EUR and include local VAT for the EU Member States and import duties and taxes for Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, United States and Australia. Tuscany Leather gives the opportunity to check prices in other currencies for evaluation purposes only.


All payment transactions are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT (EU member States), local duties and taxes (Switzerland, Norway, UK, US and Australia). No extra payment will be due upon delivery. For orders addressed to non-EU countries (with the exception of Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, United States and Australia), local duties and taxes may be required by the courier. In case of cancellation request, cancellation fees might be applied depending on the payment method used.


The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered. In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited. Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Tuscany Leather within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to


Tuscany Leather guarantees a full refund with the exception of local duties and taxes. Any additional fee paid for express shipping, gift wrapping or other services associated with the purchase will not be refunded. You can return a product to Tuscany Leather within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product. You cannot return:

  • personalized products
  • products purchased for professional and/or commercial use

Products returned with damaged or without hang tag label, used or incomplete will not be refunded. Customers who have signed up for an account, should open an RMA procedure from the private area after logging in. Customers who have renounced to create an account should submit the return request by e-mail to
Tuscany Leather reserves the right to refuse returns if non priorly authorized.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, Tuscany Leather will deduct up to 20% administrative/re-stocking fee or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

In case of free return, Tuscany Leather will provide prepaid label. If a different label is used, the shipping cost of the return will not be reimbursed. For each order we provide a prepaid label only.
For all other cases, the return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Tuscany Leather suggests to use a tracked shipping system.


All Tuscany Leather products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product.
In case there are any problems the customer should contact Tuscany Leather and provide pictures of the problem to: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline. Tuscany Leather reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.


The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Tuscany Leather takes place in Italy and is regulated by the relevant Italian Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations. The Court of Pisa will have jurisdiction in case any controversy arises.
