What is the difference between "Safiano leather" and "full grain leather." Which one is tougher, softer, better quality, etc.?

They both come from Italian calf hide leather. The Saffiano leather is a split leather with a diagonal pattern made by a stamping method, finished with a wax treatment. This process makes the leather durable and easy to clean. Full-grain leather contains the entire grain layer, without any removal of the surface. It is usually considered the highest quality leather.
