RETURNS POLICY

Every product sold by Tuscanyleather.it undergoes a careful quality control and is covered by a 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date and ask for a product exchange, store credit or refund.

The right to cancel a purchase only applies to personal non-commercial use.

Before creating a return request make sure that all the following conditions exist:
- The tag must be still attached and the seal unbroken
- The product must be unused and in the same conditions as received
- All original accessories, included free gifts, must be returned with the product

It is NOT possible to return:
- Personalized products
- OUTLET products

Products in the Specials page can not be refunded. You can only ask for a product exchange or a store credit.

In order to receive an RMA just follow these steps:
Log in to your account and click on the order containing the product/s you wish to return
Click on "Return" and fill in the form

As soon as your return request is accepted you will receive a confirmation email containing your RMA and the address where you can send your box to. The RMA is valid for 5 days, as soon as you ship the parcel please let us know and provide the tracking number. Please remember to use a trackable shipping method.

The RMA code is a Returns Merchandise Authorization number that identifies your file and must be attached on the returning box. All parcels returned to us without the RMA code attached will be refused and sent back to you.

If all the aforementioned conditions are met, your return will be successfully processed.

REFUNDS

You will receive a refund within 10 days and it will amount to the cost of the returned item excluded restocking fee which is 10% of the product value. You will receive an email when the amount is transferred. We will use the payment method you choose. If you choose the refund to be credited to your credit card, please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank.

When you require a product exchange or a store credit we will refund the total value of the product.

Returns shipping expenses will not be refunded. Tuscany Leather will cover the cost of sending the product back to you if you have requested a product exchange.

It is possible to return products that you have already exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date of the original order. You will have the possibility to exchange the product again or receiving a store credit. The product will not be refundable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you think you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours upon the delivery providing the order number and your telephone number. Once we have established that there is a production defect we will send you a new product as soon as possible. It is very important that you stick to the deadlines in order to ensure the correct procedures can be started.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Please note that you have to sign the parcel unchecked if you notice that the box is damaged. Contact our Customer Service within 24 hours and describe the problem. It is very important that you stick to the deadlines in order to ensure the correct procedures can be started.

  This Agreement may be modified at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they have been posted on the site. By accessing and/or using the website you consent to check this page on occasion to ensure that you accept the latest terms and conditions.
• Orders / Contract of Sale
  Orders may be taken in writing, over the internet, by telephone or fax. Please check the Order Confirmation and communicate any errors to us in writing at your earliest convenience. Should you not do so, the terms of the Contract of Sale will be applied based on the information contained in the Order Confirmation.
• Prices and Availability
  The prices of all the products sold by TUSCANY LEATHER are clearly indicated on the site, and are without italian VAT (20%). Shipping charges - which vary according to the number of items being purchased - are added to the cost of the item(s). For countries outside the EEC the prices does not include local or national taxes and import duties. For the US, Norway and Switzerland, taxes and custom duties are INCLUDED in your order total and no additional fees will be requested on delivery! If a product you have ordered is not available, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.
• Delivery of the item(s) you have ordered
  TUSCANY LEATHER will organise delivery of the item(s) you order to the address you specify. All transit times shown on the TUSCANY LEATHER website are approximate, and are dependent on the availability of the item(s) ordered, the unproblematic processing of the order and the transporter's stated transit times at any given moment.
• Articles and Pictures Online
  Tuscanyleather.it is not responsible for the possibility that, because of a specific computer setting or its malfunctioning, the colors of the products shown on the website are slightly different from the original ones.
  Products can be slightly modified in order to improve their look and characteristics.
• Legitimacy of the Terms & Conditions
  If for any reason any part of these Terms & Conditions were to prove inapplicable in relation to any given scenario, the remaining terms and conditions would, nevertheless, not be invalidated.

Complying with these obligations expressly gives you the consent to use the TUSCANY LEATHER® text and materials protected by copyright. Your failure to comply with this legal statement will constitute breach of contract, cancellation of your reseller account and enforcement of law 633/41 and its modifications according to the provisions of law 248/00 for the protection of copyrighted graphic and information material. By removing the authenticity tag you may incur in the enforcement of article 473 c.p. of the law against forgery.
