All our products are 12 months guaranteed. However, after this period, we offer all spare parts by requesting to us or by sending to our factory your product.

When you decide to repair in our factory, you have to specify which type of service you need and then you can send you item to:

When we receive your item, we inform to you about the costs for repair or subsitution with a new one item that you can choose.

If you decide to repair item in your location, you have to specify which parts you need and, eventually, send to us one or more images of damaged parts and we send to you all replacement parts as soon as possible.
