RIGHT TO RETURN
TUSCANY LEATHER guarantees your right to return - for whatever
reason - the item(s) you have received from us. This no-quibble
guarantee has a time limit of 10 (ten) days from the date
you receive the item(s) you ordered. You then have a further
15 (fifteen) days in
which to send the item(s) back to us. You will be liable for the
cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We shall reimburse you
for the costs of the items you are returning within 14 working
days from the date the item(s) are collected from you.

To whom does the Returns Policy apply?
The Returns Policy applies exclusively to purchases made by private
individuals. The Returns Policy does NOT apply to purchases made by resellers or
anyone intending to sell the items on to a third party.

What are the terms of the policy?
In accordance with the most recent Italian consumer protection legislation (Article
5, subsection 6, Legislative Decree no. 185, 22/05/1999), you have 10 (ten) days
from receipt of the item(s) in which to decide whether or not you want to cancel
the Contract of Sale with TUSCANY LEATHER. TUSCANY LEATHER will reimburse you for
the cost of the items you send back but NOT for any costs you may incur in
sending the item(s) back to us. In the event that the item you want to return to
us was purchased as part of a promotion, at a substantially reduced price (or
free), in combination with a regular-priced item, your rights under the Returns
Policy can only be exercised if you return all of the items, i.e. the
special-offer item(s) and the regular-priced item(s).
You cannot return outlet items or custom items.

How does the Policy work?
Open your account history, then open the order details; click on the appropriate link for the return of the item and in this way you make the request.
The Returns Policy is subject to the following conditions:
- the item(s) purchased should be returned in similar
condition to that in which they were delivered to you and unused;
- as proscribed by Italian law (Article 5, subsection 6,
Legislative Decree no. 185, 22/05/1999), the shipping costs
will be incurred by the sender.
- when we receive the item(s), we shall conduct an
examination of the package(s) for any signs of damage or
tampering (the returns policy does not cover items that
have clearly been damaged outwith transit), and so we
recommend that the items are packed with a great deal of
care, ideally using the original packaging.
- Restocking fee
Because of high restocking costs, we deduct the 10% of the item's price
- How do I send back the item(s) I want to return to TUSCANY LEATHER?
- After you've created the request, the administration will inform you that the request has been aproved. Then you have to print the appropriate shipping label with the RMA NUMBER assigned and place on a visible place in the box.
DON'T SEND THE BOX WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING LABEL OTHERWISE THE BOX WILL BE REJECTED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE!
Having informed us of your intention to exercise your
rights under the Returns Policy, please take time to pack the items in such a way
as to protect them from damage or tampering. TUSCANY LEATHER
reserves the right to refuse to accept any item that does
not conform to the conditions noted above.
NB: We recommend that you use a dedicated transport
company for your return(s) so as the shipment may be tracked.
TUSCANY LEATHER will not initiate any re-imbursement process until
the item(s) being returned has (have) been received and examined.
WARNING: TUSCANY LEATHER reserves the right to refuse returns if
they:
- are not packed in the original packaging
- are sent back without notifying in advance the Customer
Service team at TUSCANY LEATHER
- have been sent outwith the guidelines given by the
TUSCANY LEATHER Customer Service team.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Your access to, and use of, the TUSCANY LEATHER website is subject to your
acceptance of the following terms and conditions, including all the documents
referred on this page. We ask that you read this page carefully before accessing
or using the website. By accessing and/or using the website, you consent to be
legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept the
following terms and conditions, we ask that you do not access or use the website.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
This Agreement may be modified at any time. Any changes will take effect as
soon as they have been posted on the site. By accessing and/or using the website
you consent to check this page on occasion to ensure that you accept the latest
terms and conditions.
- Orders / Contract of Sale
Orders may be taken in writing, over the internet, by telephone or fax.
Please check the Order Confirmation and communicate any errors to us in writing
at your earliest convenience. Should you not do so, the terms of the Contract of
Sale will be applied based on the information contained in the Order
Confirmation.
- Prices and Availability
The prices of all the products sold by TUSCANY LEATHER are clearly indicated on
the site, and are without italian VAT (20%). Shipping charges -
which vary according to the number of items being purchased - are added to the
cost of the item(s). For countries outside the EEC the prices does not include local or national taxes and import duties. For the US, Norway and Switzerland, taxes and custom duties are INCLUDED in your order total and no additional fees will be requested on delivery! If a product you have ordered is not available, you will be
informed by e-mail as soon as possible.
- Delivery of the item(s) you have ordered
TUSCANY LEATHER will organise delivery of the item(s) you order to the address
you specify. All transit times shown on the TUSCANY LEATHER website are
approximate, and are dependent on the availability of the item(s) ordered, the
unproblematic processing of the order and the transporter's stated transit times
at any given moment.
- Legitimacy of the Terms & Conditions
If for any reason any part of these Terms & Conditions were to prove
inapplicable in relation to any given scenario, the remaining terms and
conditions would, nevertheless, not be invalidated.
PRIVACY NOTICE
In accordance with Italian data protection legislation (Article 13,
Parts A and B of Statute No. 196/2003), TUSCANY LEATHER hereby
informs its customers that the personal data they supply at the time of
ordering products and/or completing an invoice form does not require to
be authorised by the interested party in that the information will be
treated exclusively as prescribed by Italian law and within EU
guidelines. Indeed, the information supplied will be used exclusively
for the purpose of adhering to the terms of the purchasing contract to
which the interested party has consented and/or to acquire any other
information necessary for the legitimate processing of the order.
In particular, TUSCANY LEATHER hereby makes clear that your personal
details will not be used for promotional, market research or web-based
commercial purposes, unless you give your express consent in advance.
At any time, you are free to exercise your right to consult, update,
correct or supplement your personal data by logging on to
Account. Additionally, you may bar (fully
or partially) the processing of your personal data or request that any
information we hold on you be deleted by sending a formal request to the
